Matillion ETL Shared Job
Assert that the row counts of table(s) match expectations.
This shared job loops through the grid variable supplied and uses a Matillion ETL Assert Table component internally to verify the row counts.
Parameters
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| Database | Name of source Database. Set to ${environment_database} to use the environment default |
| Schema | Name of source Schema. Set to ${environment_default_schema} to use the environment default |
| Table exists | Set to Yes to check that the table exists |
| Comparison Type | Choose Equal to, Greater than or equal to or Less than or equal to |
| Tables | A grid variable with two columns: table_name and row_count (numeric) |
Prerequisites
Assertions only work on tables: not views.
